Features
Can I track my NSFAS allowance?
Yes! CashMax has built-in support for NSFAS tracking. Categorize your allowance as "NSFAS" income, then track spending across living, transport, and personal care categories. See exactly where your allowance goes each month.
How does GPA calculation work?
EduMax converts SA percentage grades to the 4.0 GPA scale:
- 75%+ = 4.0 (First Class)
- 70-74% = 3.7 (Upper Second)
- 60-69% = 3.0 (Lower Second)
- 50-59% = 2.0 (Pass)
- <50% = Fail
Enter your subject grades and credit values. EduMax automatically calculates weighted GPA (cumulative and per semester).
Are the CVs ATS-friendly?
Yes! ResuMax templates are specifically designed to pass Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS):
- Simple, clean formatting (no graphics, tables, or columns)
- Standard fonts (Arial, Calibri, Times New Roman)
- Keyword optimization suggestions
- Proper section headings that ATS recognizes
90% of large SA companies use ATS. Our CVs are designed to get past the robots and into human hands.
Can I connect my bank account?
Not yet, but coming soon! We're working on secure bank integration with major SA banks (FNB, Standard Bank, Capitec, Nedbank, Absa).
For now, you'll manually enter transactions (takes 10 seconds per transaction). Many users find manual entry helps them stay aware of spending.
Can I export my data?
Yes! You can export:
- CashMax: Transactions as CSV, budget reports as PDF
- EduMax: Grade history as CSV, GPA report as PDF
- ResuMax: CV as PDF or DOCX
Your data is yours. Export anytime, no restrictions.
